Kentucky is fortunate to have some 100 trees that are found throughout the state that exist in both urban and woodland settings. First impression is they are all alike, but if you take a closer look and begin to sort out the basic characteristics you will find that identifying trees actually follow some basic rules and concepts. Spend an hour at this class and take away those basic fundamentals of identifying trees that are all around us.
Yes, the program is one hour long and you will be introduced to a variety of trees and will be using a tree key. Everyone will have the opportunity to see, touch, and learn. 

This event is kid-friendly and accessible to people with mobility limitations.
