Professional Biography
My interest in urban forestry stems from recognizing that ecological interactions within forest communities are increasingly impacted by climate change. As a doctoral student in Geography at the University of Kentucky, my research focuses on phenology and bioclimatology, emphasizing regeneration and recruitment patterns of tree species as influenced by environmental cues. I integrate field observations and geospatial analysis to address critical questions about how climate variability impacts seasonal cycles of plants and ecosystem dynamics.
