Event Description
Come enjoy breathing exercises, meditation, and gentle stretching in addition to gentle yoga poses taught by staff from the YMCA of Central Kentucky.
Meet under the Science Education Center walkway and bring your yoga mat or large towel. Yoga will be under the trees to the right of the walkway. In case of inclement weather, yoga will be held in the Classroom Building Room 113.
This event is kid-friendly.
