Tree Hunt and Self-guided tours
Join us at Historic African Cemetery No. 2 to locate our 58 different tree species, take a self-guided tree walk, and investigate how an abandoned cemetery has been turned into a memorial, history center, and natural environment for Lexington's East End.
Enter through one of the two and park alongside the driving alleys. Walking tour brochures, posted signs, and a on-site docent will be present.
This event is kid-friendly and handicap accessible.
