Starting a Front Yard "Permaculture" Garden
Come explore our "permaculture" garden! Our goal with our front yard was to turn it from a grassy space that no one used to one where pollinators could be found in abundance on native flowers, we could harvest some of our favorite fruits and vegetables, capture rainwater before it reaches the street, and regenerate the soil. We started the project in July of 2021 and we've been amazed at how much the garden has taken on a life of its own in only a year! We now enjoy spending time in the front garden and it takes minimal effort to maintain it.

This event is kid-friendly and handicap accessible.
Street parking is available on the north side of the road (opposite of the house). Please leave the driveway clear for accessibility.
