
Tree-Inspired All-Levels Yoga in Hill N Dale Park
Connect with yourself, your community and the environment in this all-abilities Yoga class in Hill ‘N Dale Park- Under the Trees!
We will use the trees as guides as we work to connect with our roots and ground ourselves in times of change. You’ll have the opportunity to enhance your strength, challenge your balance and increase flexibility as we mindfully move our breath and bodies. We will begin slowly, warm up and mobilize, connecting breath with action, and finish with a guided meditation and relaxation. This class welcomes all levels of experience. Bring your yoga mat, water and warm layers so you can cover up for a lovely restful and relaxing finish. Registration is suggested but not required. If registering, please use the link below.
