Walk With a Doc

Description

Attendees will meet at the Arboretum to share a walk with Dr. Connie Jennings from the UK Integrative Medicine Clinic. We will be properly distanced as we walk and talk about the importance of trees in our lives and why its healthy to walk among them. Our gathering will end with a short meditation focused on trees
