Fruit Tree Talk and Walk with Dr. John Strang
Extension Fruit and Vegetable Specialist Dr. John Strang will provide a short lecture on fruit tree species suitable for residential growers in Central Kentucky and lead a short walk to two Seedleaf garden sites in North Lexington to view fruit trees in person.
This event will start at the Julietta Market located in the Greyline Station at 101 W. Loudon Avenue. A short Lecture will be held at 101 W. Loudon Avenue. Parking is available in two adjacent lots. Participants will then walk to North Pole Garden and Castlewood Park Orchard to view fruit trees before walking back to the Greyline Station Parking Lot.
